2. Mix evenly: The two-component sealing strip foam can be poured into a qualified polyurethane PU foam sealing strip only after it is mixed evenly in the pouring head, so as to ensure that the physical properties of the entire sealing strip are consistent (when the sealing strip is cut, the foam on its section holes should be uniform);
3. Constant temperature control: The temperature of the raw material directly affects the fluidity and reaction speed of the glue, so ensuring that the temperature of the raw material is stable and not affected by the external environment is a necessary condition for the normal production of polyurethane PU foam sealing strips and to ensure its yield;
4. Accurate positioning: According to the size and thickness requirements of the pouring product, quantitative and fixed-speed pouring should be carried out by controlling the horizontal, vertical, and arc-shaped trajectory movement of the pouring head, so that the size, shape, thickness, and physical properties can meet the requirements. .
